• Click on advertisements fraudulently or encourage others to do so

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service for users who violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The WaBio.cc website, including its design, code, bio templates, text, and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by WaBio.

Bio content you generate: You may freely use any bio generated by WaBio.cc for personal profile use on any platform. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the bio templates as your own product or service.

Our brand: The WaBio name, logo, and branding may not be used without our prior written consent.

5. Advertising

WaBio.cc is a free service supported by advertising through Google AdSense. By using the Service, you agree that advertisements may be displayed. You must not:

• Click on advertisements fraudulently
• Use ad-blocking software to circumvent advertising (though we understand you may do so)
• Attempt to manipulate ad impressions or clicks

We comply with Google's publisher policies and do not engage in deceptive advertising practices.

6. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Generated bios are for entertainment and personal use only; we make no claims about their suitability for any specific purpose.

WaBio.cc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WaBio SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law
